We will accept returns for seven days after you receive your order for damages or defects only. Original product must be returned as proof of damage or defect. We will replace or refund as requested. After seven days you must rely on the manufacturer’s own return instructions and warrantee, if there is one. You must e-mail us at email@example.com or call us at 877-ALL FOOLS within seven days of receipt of your order with an explanation of the problem. We will give you a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without authorization.
If you ordered the wrong thing (size, model number, color, etc.) we will try to accommodate you if we can, by exchanging for the appropriate version. This depends entirely on the specific product type and manufacturer. If they’ll play ball, so can we. If not, well... basically it was your mistake and you’re stuck with it. Please read all product descriptions carefully and specify the appropriate options!
